1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

Free of scents, stains, or damage

With original tags and packaging intact

Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Excluded Items
For hygiene and design integrity, we cannot accept returns on:

Intimates (including bodysuits, undergarments)

Sale or promotional items marked as final

Customized or altered products

Gift cards or digital vouchers
3. Requesting a Return

The item(s) you wish to return

Your reason for the return

Any supporting images (for defective or incorrect items)
Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and a return authorization code if applicable.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and approved:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days

You’ll receive a confirmation email once processed

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer automatic exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived:

Ripped, discolored, or defective

In the wrong size or style
Please notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a verified product issue. For peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
